Eligibility: Camp is open to boys and girls aged 5-14 years.
Registration: All participants must complete the registration form and submit it along with the full payment before the registration deadline.
Fees: Camp fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Fees are non-refundable except under the conditions specified in the cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Camp Cancellation: In the event that the camp is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
Participant Cancellation: If a participant withdraws from the camp:
More than 30 days before the camp start date, a full refund minus a Ksh.5,000 administrative fee will be provided.
15-30 days before the camp start date, a 50% refund will be provided.
Less than 15 days before the camp start date, no refund will be issued.
Medical Cancellations: In the case of withdrawal due to medical reasons, a pro-rata refund will be provided upon receipt of a valid medical certificate.
3. Health and Safety
Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications on the registration form.
Emergency Contact: An emergency contact must be provided at the time of registration.
Injuries: The camp will have qualified first aid staff on site. Any injuries or medical issues will be dealt with promptly.
Insurance: It is recommended that participants have personal health insurance. The camp does not provide medical insurance for participants.
4. Code of Conduct
Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow campers. Bullying, harassment, and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Dress Code: Appropriate sports attire, including shin guards and soccer cleats, must be worn at all times during training sessions.
Property: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The camp is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5. Consent and Waiver
Photography: By registering, parents/guardians consent to the use of their child’s image in camp promotional materials and social media.
Liability Waiver: Parents/guardians must sign a waiver releasing the camp from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the camp.
6. Camp Schedule
Schedule: A detailed schedule will be provided upon registration. The camp runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM daily, with lunch and breaks included.
Punctuality: Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals and early pickups must be coordinated with camp staff in advance.
7. COVID-19 Policy (if applicable)
Health Screening: Daily health screening and temperature checks may be required.
Mask Policy: Masks may be required in indoor settings or when social distancing is not possible.
Hygiene: Regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizers will be encouraged.
Exposure: In the event of exposure to COVID-19, the camp will follow local health guidelines, which may include quarantine or camp closure.
Payment in full MUST be received prior to the attendance of the academy.
The fees paid at the beginning of the academy are not refundable, in case of any cancellation the fees can be
transferred to another person for the same academy.
In case the participant cannot attend the academy for any personal reason, the missing sessions won’t be compensated or refunded.
In case a participant gets injured during the academy and is unable to attend the remaining sessions; he/she will have to notify AIR Academy prior to missing the sessions.
The parents must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in sporting activities and accordingly you accept all risks resulting from participating in AIR Academy E.A. training.
In the event that the participant needs medical attention during our training sessions, you agree to us arranging any appropriate and necessary treatment. All our coaches are first aid certified.
We do not accept responsibility for any death, personal injury or loss of or damage to property.
The cost of any damage caused by you or any participant you have booked in AIR Academy will be passed to you.
The competitions that we may run within our academy are operated at our entire discretion and in all matters (including disputes), the decision of our coaches and referees shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Any prizes offered are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by anyone entering any competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
All classes will be conducted mainly in English as a supplement.
We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all children attending our courses. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove from our sessions / activities without refund, any child or parent/guardian found bullying, misbehaving or generally being disruptive.
All courses, activities, venues and arrangements are subject to change according to weather, programming and a satisfactory level of numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any sessions and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason.
You agree to grant AIR Academy the worldwide right without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photographic or video image or likeness for our reasonable commercial purposes such as newspaper ads and online social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube)
AIR Academy will be under FC Barcelona Scouting System, which means that if any of the school players is selected to play or test in any club through the FC Barcelona Scouting System, AIR Academy will represent this player.
AIR Academy has the right of not accepting any applicants without giving reasons.
AIR Academy will not permit any player to attend ACADEMY activities without the official AIR Academy uniform.
Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.
If you are not the participant’s parent or guardian, you confirm that you have made such parent or guardian fully aware of this booking and of these terms and conditions and that they have agreed to them.)
During training sessions no parents or guardian are allowed to be on the field or talk with the coaches. If you want to talk with the coaches please allow them to finish the session first then after the session you can talk with the coaches or manager.
AIR Academy doesn’t bear responsibility for any child outside or around the football field, children coming before training sessions or staying afterwards are full responsibility of their parents / guardian, and AIR Academy are only responsible of players on the football field during the time of their training sessions.
